Timeless Partial Planning

Our Timeless Partial Planning package is perfect for the proactive and hands-on couple that has already started the planning process. We'll give you two planning sessions, a free photo book of engagement photos that guests can sign, and a list of our preferred vendors.

We'll go with you on one site visit and meeting with vendors to finalize plans. We'll also make a monthly timeline and to-do list, as well as negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors. On your wedding day, we'll provide you with an itinerary and conduct a 1-hour wedding rehearsal.

Our team will also conduct a final site walk-through with all vendors and provide you with on-site coordinators. We'll give any remaining balances and tips to vendors who still need them, and we'll help you plan your wedding for up to 8 hours. (additional hours available upon request)
